    Is there anything for VSAM updates that work like DB2 triggers to push a message to MQ?  For example, I can define a DB2 trigger that will cause an MQSEND to be executed after a record is inserted or updated.  Is there a way to do this for a VSAM update?  I found VSAM Redirector Connector, but this seems to be only available for z/VSE and not z/OS.

    Hi Jim,

    There's nothing I am aware of. The right place for this would really be Managed File Transfer, but that isn't sufficiently z/OS aware I am afraid.
