    I recently posted about an issue with VPP apps purchased in the Apple Business Manager never showing up in MaaS.  The solution was to disable the VPP token and add a new one. 

     

    I have another customer with a similar issue and repeated the above.  However it took almost 7 hours for the changes to propagate even after doing a token sync in MaaS. 

     

    Is anyone else experiencing these kinds of issues?

    We are also still having VPP issues with MaaS360. We have an application that was updated by the vendor on 9/10 and MaaS360 has not updated this application and shows a 8/31 date as the last time it updated with VPP. Just submitted another ticket to IBM regarding this as well as escalating to my Account Rep.

    There is definitely something going on with VPP and MaaS.  Not sure if it relates to changes Apple made to ABM but it is very frustrating.
