    How can I get the PTR records changed for Floating IP addresses in VPC?


    I have several new virtual machines in VPC and now need to change the PTR records for the Floating IPs. In the Classic Infrastructure, I was able to do that myself. Last year, I found that in VPC I had to submit a support case and request the PTR records, so I tried that again. My case was updated to point me to the IBM Cloud AI, and this forum for help.
