Please suggest whether i can define virutal host post deployment of the application. If yes, let me known how it can be done.

You can add a virtual host to the app via the app config in the isc. Don't forget to add it to its unless there's no http or https calls.
You can add new Virtual Hosts via the console
Environment -> Virtual Hosts
You can add / modify an applications virtual host via
Applications -> All Applications -> {Application Name] -> (Web Module Properties) - Virtual Hosts
