package sudo-1.6.7p5-3 (which is newer than sudo-1.6.9p15-1) is already installed
The sudo-1.6.7p5-3 package is dated 7-7-2005 on the AIX Toolkit download site (aix.software.ibm.com), sudo-1.6.9p15-1 is from perzl.org.
http://www.courtesan.com/sudo/ states that this version was released 03/37/2008.

popt-1.14-1 is superseded by popt-1.7-1
Same issue here. popt-1.7-1 is installed. I'm not sure of the source. I'm assuming it is from bos install of rpm.rte. The popt-1.14-1 is from perzl.org. My instinct is to go with the IBM supplied versions, but I'm sure my client will what more than my intuition. Is this version descrepancy just a quirk in version numbering or is it a real concern?
