Does WM has Version Control option in Developer. I am sure it must have it. But I could not figure it out. Could you please tell me how to get and use WM Package for using CVS or other softwares.

There is no built-in support for version control at this time.
See Appendix H in the Developer’s Guide for information on how to work around this limitation using command line prompts to check-in/out the file system components for webMethods IS elements.
IS 6.5 SP2 is supposed to provide integration with version control systems. Not sure when this will ship.

I hope by “pays off” you mean “works” and works with more than just Microsoft Visual SourceSafe.
