VAN connectivity

    Has any one done the van connectivity with GXS
    (GE Global eXchange Services)?

    Monday, 25-11-2002.

    Hi Yan,
    I have connected to the GE EcXpress VAN by calling a batch file from a process flow.

    Depending on the OS Platform you are running it may differ slightly for you. What I have done is wrote the communication batch files and the ftp scripts that go along with them.

    The first batch file starts the chain by initiating the communication process and the ftp scripts contain the required authentication and file transmission protocols.
