    Hello-

    We’ve been seeing this error for a couple days, from what I’ve found in similar errors the suggested options are often to have a DBA extend the table/column in question.

    I’m hesitant to do this without some input on the specific error…

    Anyone input is appreciated.

    Did you check TN and table whats logging that time…Yes probably there should be a wM6.1 fix that old days check the empower.

    But Increasing the column length TN built-in tables at your own risk:

    we are actually using 6.5… the table name was never updated when last upgraded.

    Not resolved.

    The issue is still occurring… I’m unable to see transactions or partners from my TNweb view. I’m also not seeing a specific transaction on the same timestamp as the error…

    Where should I be looking outside of TN console?

    You have to trouble shoot comparing logs timestamp and TN activity log/DBA for help further:
