Hello All,

So I am trying to build a Web Application View that calls a “Portlet Include” control. My reasons for doing this is that I want to refer to some portlet pages already deployed on my MWS Server.

When I go into the MWS Admin tab and FIND my portlet, next I drag it onto my canvas such that the link is correct.

However every time I RUN the view, I see nothing. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Anybody think they can help with this???

A portlet include control can only be used inside of a portlet. A standalone web application view would not have what it needs to render a portlet.

If you have a “Formatted Messages” control in your view somewhere it should have reported an error stating that.
