  • 1.  using Gmail smtp server

    Hi,

    How can i use smtp.gmail.com as my mailhost?

    I am getting the error
    “com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first x48sm6213058pyg.34”

    How do i issue “STARTTLS”?

    Pretty sure GMail requires a secure connection to connect via SMTP.
