    CYGWIN is a Unix emulator. It can be installed on Windows systems to emulate a Unix system on Windows.  

    It can be used with WTX for a number of things such as testing with an FTP or Web Server.  It can also be used to run SSH server to run the WTX GUIs.  

    The attached document provides instructions on installing Cygwin and using it to connect to a Unix server to run the WTX GUIs.  This is just one example of how to use Cygwin with WTX on Windows.
