We have had various questions about using the new Business Automation Insights (BAI) capability.  Here is a quick summary of the key points.

Its a great capability which will enable capabilities across DBA to Collect operational data, Organize it in Dashboards for greater Business Insight, allow AI Analysis of the data, which can then be used to Infuse DBA based solutions with AI recommendations.

Its available as of October 2018 as a key capability within the new IBM Digital Business Automation for MultiCloud Offering.

As of January 2019 it supports operational event inputs from Business Automation Workflow - BPMN and Case solutions.  Additional event types will be added

Customers can add Business Automation Insights to existing on premise Business Automation Workflow (BAW) solutions as well as running Business Automation Workflow (BAW-CAM) on the DBA for Multicloud platform using Cloud Automation Manager (CAM)
