does AIX need antivirus to be protected against malware, I had this list sent from a client asking if antivirus is needed or not ?

is antivirus needed to protect against the below list of malware.

1. 1. Ebury SSH Malware: Open Backdoor: Used to keep control of services and steal credentials. Has been out for 10 years.
   2. Cdorked: HTTP Backdoor: Runs in memory and uses a single modified HTTP binary. It is used to redirect web traffic.
   3. Calfbot: Perl script used to send spam.
   4. Onimiki: DNS redirection.
   5. FastCash: [FastCash - Snort] [FastCash - VirusTotal].
   6. Malware.ech0raix: [Malware.ech0raix - Snort] [Malware.ech0raix - VirusTotal].
