    What the best way to onboard our users to IBM Security Verify?

    i tried two ways 

    1- using a custom application, the application is created but i tried to add identity provider but i got 

    CSIAC3009E

    The received <IDPSSODescriptor> element does not contain the required member element SingleSignOnService.
    2- Using a user registration flow
