In Frontdoor, the Reports section under Access Administration allows you to see when a user has logged into an application... but is there a way to see if a user is still actively logged into that application?  More to the point, is it possible to find a list of users currently logged into an application?

Hi Samir,

currently only Apptio staff have the necessary permissions to view users actively logged into an environment. This functionality has not been extended beyond this scope. Did you have a specific case or reasoning as to why you need to see who is actively logged in at a given point in time?

Hi Mark, thank you for the response, we expected as much.  This is not an issue, more a question of curiosity.  

Recently, in ITP, we had to do some unplanned maintenance on a plan.  We sent out a communication to all of our users, so not a big deal... but it would have been nice to specifically identify any users impacted by the maintenance.

this makes complete sense. I would recommend if you are in a similar position again in the future to contact Apptio support (or consultant) who can easily check this for you and help you manage these users. The check itself on our side is quite simple and only takes a few moment.
