    Hello,
    Im unable to access SMH.I cant even log on with my username.It only permits administrator and with this I cant do anything I suppose. What could be the problem please.

    Also in the Universal Transaction Platform beside SYSTEM the operating system is Windows 2000 even though I have XP.
