one of the user(ie  lets say :test) in aix is unable to acces a directory(ie lets say /new), the directory permissions is 777 , other users and root can acces and work on that directory(ie /test). when the test user is in / and runs cd /new then pwd command returns the / as output, but the ls command lists the file inside the /new. But test cannot exeute read or write the files in the /new directory .please help!!!!!
