While waiting to get integrated with LDAP, we are manually tracking our user id’s and access levels on an excel spreadsheet.
Not completely sure what the question is but, If you are asking about a way top pull your manual Excel sheets into webMethdos ot have that information on user ids etc then yes it can be done. While I have created a package sample to process binary MS Excel files into webMethods on any platform in Java its downloadable on wmusers but as samples go has limitations.

They are not documented, but you might want to take a look at the services invoked by the admin DSPs in the WmRoot folder.
