Hi!

I have an XML where the first line is defined as,

?xml version=“1.0” encoding=“UTF-16”?

Now when i try to create a DTD with this file using XML spy, i mentioned it as UTF-16.
Once the DTD is created, i use this to create the Document Type in developer. It creates successfully.

But now when i try to use Trading Networks and create a document type which refers to the above document type. It somehow doesnot finds the document type and say No document type found.

Same thing if i go ahead and do after changing the XML to UTF-8, everything works absolutely fine.

Any insight would be appreciated.
