Answering myself... The Version Comparing is not prepared to take into account this HLQ_Lenght (number of qualifiers in the HLQ).
There is an Idea already openned. So I hope it arrrives soon. https://ideas.ibm.com/ideas/URBANCODE-I-664
In the meantime, I'll have to prepare an script to calculate the comparison over the UCD API...
