    Support -

After upgrading to 9.2.27 from 9.2.24, the import logs are showing the below error messages. These 'Warn' entries do not exist in the 9.2.24 import logs.

INFO: ETL from UpdateComputerHealthStatus: Start WARN: (ImportThread) com.ibm.license.mgmt.util.database.DBDateUtility::parseTime:Unparseable date: "Singular expression refers to nonexistent object." WARN: (ImportThread) Invalid value of last hw scan time for computer with remote id: 6665155. Invalid value: 'Singular expression refers to nonexistent object.'. WARN: (ImportThread) com.ibm.license.mgmt.util.database.DBDateUtility::parseTime:Unparseable date: "Singular expression refers to nonexistent object." WARN: (ImportThread) Invalid value of last hw scan time for computer with remote id: 16508085. Invalid value: 'Singular expression refers to nonexistent object.'. INFO: ETL from UpdateComputerHealthStatus: Success

We've checked Bigfix (computer id) and also ILMT (internal computer ID) and those “remote id’s” do not seem to exist.

Asking for assistance in further investigating for root cause analysis and to resolve what appears to be "ghost" entries.

    Thank you.

    Hi

This would require detail investigation. Could you please raise a salesforce case to debug this.

    Thanks
