    Hi, I am trying to Upgrade to the latest version of IBM License Metric Tool (9.2.28.0) from 9.2.26.0 and while I ran the Fixlets and Task to upgrade it is failing with Download error. I am trying to run this upgrade on Windows Machine and it has enough space available for the download file.
    Below is the error message I am seeing. Please let me know your inputs.

    Hello,

    It looks like BigFix Server is not able to fetch external content...
    to verify pls. open up the following URL using Browser directly from BigFix Server box:
    http://software.bigfix.com/download/lmt/server/9.2.28.0_GA/LMT-server-9.2.28.0-20220614-1645-windows-x86_64.zip

    Anyhow, I guess that the fastest workaround to this 'BigFix Server->software.bigfix.com' connection problem would be to manually download the installer package from the the above URL to ILMT Server machine and start the Upgrade process using 'setup-server-windows-x86_64.bat' file.
