    I typically start with the HMC Support page since they pretty much have everything you need. I don't recall having any major issues with all the upgrades I've done throughout the years.

I am planning to follow Tech Doc 613630098 to get from HMC 7.3.5.0 to HMC 7.7.4.0 as it has special instructions for redundant HMC environments. I can't find reference to these instructions on the regular HMC web page or upgrade instructions for V 7.7.4.0.
