    In that case, update the AIX package rpm.rte.

    Hi @Nishith Khandelwal

    Your AIX version is very old, I doubt 4.13.0.11  of rpm.rte works with this version of AIX. 
    It's better to update to the latest AIX version to have rpm and YUM/DNF working to install toolbox rpm packages.
    With this AIX version you might need to use rpm.rte-3.0.5.x with which you can't have YUM/DNF.
