We use several Web Apps that give our end users a ready means of accessing shared internal and external resources, primarily on iPhone and iPads.   Works great, super efficient, widespread adoption.

The icon art associated with those web apps has recently received a needed update, and i'd like to push that new art out to replace the existing icons.

When I dial in to Apps and choose view for any of the Web Apps, I don't see a mechanism or function that would allow for the icons to be changed.  It would be a shame if the only path to change the art would be to delete the existing web app(and current distributions) and start fresh with the same URL and new art.

Any helpful suggestion appreciated.

For the iOS web app use cases there isn't a way to change the icon after the app is distributed because it doesn't have an update mechanism in the classic sense - so creating a new web app with the updated icon is the only workaround.  This isn't something I've heard requested before, but it sounds like something that many folks may be interested in, so a request for enhancement may pay off in a future release.
