You just have to go in and delete it, and then it will let you build the map.

The same happens if you put code in a field in your output card, then rename the field in your type tree, or, if you code your output then point your output card to a different type.

The reason it does that is because there may be a reason for you to update the type tree, then this way, the code still exists somewhere, and you can drag and drop the code from the “unresolved rules” tab into the fields in your output card.
