Since the consolidation we haven't been able to write to 'creative' in event mode. Command Server mode works fine.

The log file gives me an error of '- Unknown output path found:' path...

I check authorities and verified that the proper ID and PW are used at the service level. Other boxes using the same ID/PW work fine.

I've tried a number of variations.....

    \\domain\creative\path
    \\creative\path
as well as the old path.

    Any thoughts?

You can usually check this by trying to map a drive on the server using the same username and password that the event server is running under.

The big difference after the domain change is that before the change I could command line ftp with 'user:pw@ip\path' now I need to include the domain as part of the user name 'domain\user:pw@ip\path'.

The id\pw used in the Event Server are the same as the FTP id\pw ie... id = domain\user.

When pointing to the ftp location in the consolidated domain I now need to use domain\user:pw@url\path. This seems to work fine for everything but DataStage TX which appears to have an issue resolving an ID of 'domain\user'. I can also point to the FTP location with a network path using 'domain\user' for the Event Server with a card setting of put\target=file\path. This also seems to have a problem resolving the 'domain\user' id.

Hope this makes a little more sense.
