Hello everyone,

Some unknown error appeared during execution of the bot from Cloud of which I don't know anything about, nor where it originated from. Apart from that the bot executes without paying much attention to it and it doesn't seem to break the execution although it looks scary. Do someone have a clue on that?

Can you try the following test:

- Create a new script to navigate

webStart --name web --type "Chrome"
webNavigate --url "www.google.com"
webClose --name web

- Create a new schedule or launcher and test it, just to see if the problem will happen.

If not, I recommend creating a new wal file, copy and paste the script from the one that you got this error and create a new schedule.

This is the second time that I see this error and it seems that this happens rarely.

First of all thank you for the reply. I can confirm from the test script that you gave me the same error occured when I scheduled the bot.

does this error occur only when you schedule the robot? Or does this already occur when you start the robot in Studio or Launcher?
This error happens to me only when I schedule the robot in the Cloud and use Chrome. A temporary solution would be to take another Browser like FireFox.

It only occurs when we schedule the bot. It's probably browser type related as you say, indeed. In our case we built the process using only chrome.

Good to know. I talked recently with an IBM employee about this issue and they are now in contact with their engineering team regarding this problem. Hopefully they can fix this as soon as possible.
