For future releases, how about a step by step installation manual ? It would be nice if it had spots where it referred to install steps for other pack ( EDI, HIPAA).

Create a install directory for the product on your local file system.
Run the install script.
Enter your authorization info.
Choose only those components for which you have a license.
In most cases, don't install the docs on the server.

Hints: use the temporary directory you created rather than the default in the script.
For multiple installs, use a separate user ID and file area for each install.

In the future, I would believe the documentation will be brought to the IBM standard.

The DK (formerly SDK) is a separate product from either the Command Server or Event Server.

Check with your salesperson to see if it is on your contract. If it is, sales can contact distribution and make it available for download or shipment.

You will need a run time (production license ) and a development license.
