    AIX is a licensed product. In order to get a license you need to buy it form IBM.

    Also you need one PowerPC Processor based machine in order to run AIX. I know at least one emulator for PowerPC on Windows http://pearpc.sourceforge.net/ but not sure that AIX runs on it.
