    When I checked my logs, got the below error.

    (4D86DC82.0000-1:stat_daemon_unixos.cpp,446,"get_system_static") dlopen() returns null: could not find libzonecfg library.

    Also ul.config file in <$CANDLEHOME/config/> is a binary file whereas ux.config is not. Is my ul.config corrupted?

    Which part of "AIX Forum" didn't you understand?

    I think you need to go search for a Tivoli forum or upgrade your machine and OS to AIX.
