    The setups of XTS-BTY, ARG/SMH are being
    called before INO can be installed.

    With Tamino 4 UTX became a necessary
    prerequisite in order to be able to install INO, too? We are not planning to use distributed transactions or MTS. For me this feature should be an option to install.
