I have a question about Universal Messaging - Is it any tool to collect all messages that UM receives on queues? something like Snoop Label but without disappearing when the trigger gets the message and of course with easy access to search based on different properties?

It would have been great if you have provided the UM version while asking the question. But let me provide the tool which can do the similar thing which you are looking for i.e., PeekQueue which is present in the runUMTool. For more details - Please refer the documentation link Syntax: Subscribe Tools (softwareag.com) - This is 10.15 doc link. But the same tool available from 10.3 onwards.
