Remeber that the manager log on is based on NT security, so it is you usual windows logon that you’ll have to use.
The standard “mistake” is that you have to specify the domain as well as the uid, so in UID you should specify:
domain/uid
Mark with a normal slash !!!
If you can’t remember which user you actually used when installing, you can check it in regedit at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Software AG\System Management Hub\Products\System Management Hub\Users<BR>
