Hi team,

While creating a custom role within our implementation, we saw a permission called - UploadData that gives the users access to Cost Transparency and something called Document Store.

We do not see this application within our navigator and wanted to understand what this was and how could users access it.

What release are you on, @dhairya jain? I do not see this application in our current release (Client Version 1.12.0+r12-released-10381
Client Component Version 0.7.4+09507e4). You should check with your CSM and see if they can tell you.​

@dhairya jain   DocStore is the name of an internal service used by TBM Studio to save data as a blob in AWS S3 buckets.  It is not a user facing service and would not be seen in Frontdoor or within TBM Studio.  DocStore was implemented as part of our transition from Apptio data centers to AWS for our underlying infrastructure and platform services.  The UploadData permission allows a role to "upload" data to the new storage service.  This is also part of the new Datalink and Uploader Service which stores tables in a secure S3 bucket.    ​
