    If the link I tried to access redirected me to Unauthorized Access page, can I safely assume that they are also outdated sources?

    So, I want to also explain my situation. I'm currently undergoing ETBMA Learning Plan and I'm snooping around resources to reinforce my education and to further expand knowledge. This is one of the links that I got problems accessing here. Anyone can help? Thanks!

    Unauthorized normally means you don't have the access rights to that particular page - if it's outdated you should be able to get in to in but a warning message comes up to state it's outdated.
