    Does anyone know how to remove a WPP from an individual PC? Removing the WPP from the user group has not had the desired effect.

    Hi @Eamonn O'Mahony,

    I want to remove the MaaS360 WorkPlace Persona (WPP) from the PC. Removing the WPP from the MaaS360 group(s) has not had the desired effect. The WPP has remained on the PCs even though the PC is not in any groups with a WPP applied.

    Hi Timothy
    My apologies, hadn't understood the WPP reference. 
    If you change the policy on the group to a blank value (position cursor in "Select a policy" then Confirm and enter your password, it should effectively leave the group without an assigned policy. 
    Please test and confirm

    Exactly what I did. The WPP has remained on the PC. It has been 2+ days and no change not only on this PC, but no changes all other PCs in the same group.

    According to Support, once a WPP is applied, it is not possible to remove the WPP from the PC. The fix is to create an "empty" WPP (or at least one with the undesired settings disabled) and apply that newly-created WPP to the affected PCs.

    The idea is that if settings on the old WPP are causing an issue, you would effectively replace that WPP with a new WPP with those settings unselected (or changed according to your needs).
