We are trying to come up with a report that gather all the unallocated costs in one place so we can take better decisions and don't need to check one by one in their Model.

Does it exists such report and if not is there anywhere I can learn how to create one?

When I troubleshoot unallocated costs I usually go to Data Quality > Summary and also to Data Quality > CT Quality - Allocations Summary. These two reports give you a good idea of where the unallocated data is. 

Also your question made me think and going through community I found DQ Reporting for Unallocated - Custom  which might also answer it. Of course cost might not be allocating due to other reasons other than the keys, but in any case I think it's a good start to start building your own unallocated costs reports.

We are currently working on the same thing but I am struggling to find the %Unallocated cost or how the standard reports get their information - we want to have one report which is already showing in one glance what we have to do (eg. like showing how much cost fallout in the cost source is for Vendors, Assets and so forth, or already showing the Vendor IDs in the Vendor Report which are not yet filled in the Background Data Tables...).
