    Hi,

    We are having issues installing third-party apps on iPad 6, as seen in the screenshots attached below. After the app is distributed through Maas360 and installed, an "Unable to Verify App" message appears, which makes the app unusable. Currently, both the iPad 6 and iPad 9 used by our client are managed with MDM IBM Maas360.

    Interestingly, this issue does not occur on the iPad 9 currently used by our client, even though the IBM Maas360 MDM policy used is the same.

    Please need your advice, thanks.

    Hi 

    Based on your error message it seems there are connectivity issues. 

    Is this a device with a SIM card or WiFi only? 

    Do you have sufficient (reliable, stable) signal on the connection?
