    I have a document object in FileNet where one of its properties is associated to marking value, as a user , who has add marking access I go into content navigator and able to update the marking value, but when I login to ACCE  with the same user I am not able to update the document property to the same marking value. It is strange to see this behavior and wondering if anyone ran into this issue before, CN 3.0 and CPE 5.5 is what have

    I think I found out what the problem is , ExecuteChangesRequest in ACCE and in my other custom application API is defaulting the refresh flag to true where as in in Content Navigator the refresh flag to false and editAttribute service is handing it and filling the response messages accordingly
