Unable to see TN link under Solutions in webmethods Admin Console

  • 1.  Unable to see TN link under Solutions in webmethods Admin Console

    Hi All,
    I am using wM7.1.2. As part of this i have installed TN part as well. I am able to access TN Console where as in Admin Console its not showing TN link under solutions tab to post XML data to TN. Kindly guide me what amendments i have to do to get it visible/appear.

    Can you make sure you see the WmTNWeb package installed and enabled in your IS Admin under Packages–>Management

    I didn’t see that package name in pkg management in Admin page. Please suggest next steps to follow.

    Hi,

    If you have installed WmTNWeb package.

    now go to packages–>management → click on WmTNWeb home tab,TN webmanager page opens.

    in that u can configure document submission, u can view tn profiles, u can check transactions in TN.
