Unable to see new mount points for restore

    Hi,

    I am trying to restore the backup as a part for DR. but I am not able to see any latest backup mount points. Unable to understand why, although backup is happening and the backup result is always completed. I am attaching the snapshot of completed backup event as well restoration doesn't show the latest active backup.If  i am missing something to share please let me know

    Thanks for the response in the begining of the post I have attached the snapshot I can see 2015 year backup.

    ok  may be vmdk has not changed since 2015  

    if I undestood right this is copy of virtual machine

    Hi,

    yes that is virtual machine backup but that is a backup of AD server and we know it very well on ad server things are changing on daily basis. What's you view on that.

    Can you attach a picture of the folder from file explorer also? Just to verify that the files have newer change date. Sometimes the TSM client cache get corrupted, and the file lists gets "stuck". In that case, stop TSM client services and delete the adsm.sys folder that contains the cache. Start the services, and try the view again.

    Thanks for the response regret for late replying I am attaching the snapshot for your reference. I can see file has newer change date.

    Moreover i can see adsm.sys folder modification date is also newer one.

    You have to delete the adsm.sys folder to renew the gui cache content.

    I can see "TSM Client Scheduler 1" is running. You have to stop all TSM processes to close open files.

    I tried to stop all the relevant services excluding only tsm server service is running. here is the snapshot.
