Does it help to clear your browser cache first? Or perhaps open a private (or incognito) window first (depending upon your browser)?

Good day. I have tried to open a case on the SPSS support page and it keeps generating an error. Then when I click on the link on the page to contact help for assistance it just generates the same error msg over and over. Anyone else run into this and how to get past this error? Thanks.
