  • 1.  Unable to logon to IBM Cloud as it gets struck in 2FA Authentication

    While trying to logon to IBM Cloud, my colleague gets error while he enters IBM Security Verify Authentication code. Also, tried by using Google Authenticator and it throws the same error (Code has been expired or wrong). Can any one help in this logon issue ?

    Hi, Give a try by asking your administrator to reset MFA for your collegue.
