Unable to login to Centrasite 8.2

    Hi,

    We installed Centrasite 8.2 version on Unix OS. We can able to login to SMH and unable to login to Centrasite using the URL:http://:53307/PluggableUI/Control

    It seems server is running fine. We execute the below command to run the server: …/CentraSite/apache/bin/centrasite82apache start

    Error message we are seeing is:

    Connection handler com.centrasite.control.login failed to establish connection.
    Reason: Database access error. Can’t connect to server CentraSite.
    Plug-in com.centrasite.control has been disabled.

    Appreciate your help on this.

    Hi,
    did you run the AsRootAfterInstall sh script?
    As you indicate that you are using 8.2 FCS please create a support ticket so that we can directly help you.
