Unable to login http://localhost:9991/smh/login.htm

    I am not able to login http://localhost:9991/smh/login.htm.
    What username and passoword should I enter ?

    While installation it did not prompt me for any username and password.

    The installation user should be used.
    The trick is to specify domain\user
