    Hello,

    I have spun up a LinuxONE virtual server RHEL8.2 image, which is in 'ACTIVE' status. In order to log in to my LinuxONE virtual server from Windows using PuTTY, I have followed the instructions laid out at https://github.com/linuxone-community-cloud/technical-resources/blob/master/faststart/PUTTY_Set_up.pdf.

    However, I am at the receiving end of the message "Server refused public-key signature despite accepting key!'. Please refer to the attached screenshot.

    Even from a terminal, I have no luck.
    $ ssh -i XXXXXXXXX.pem linux1@NNN.NNN.NN.NN
    linux1@148.100.76.28: Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic).

    My first method of debugging would be to try running with verbose flags (ssh -vvvi XXXXXXXXX.pem linux1@NNN.NNN.NN.NN) to get more information about why it's rejecting it.

    You can also try emailing the LinuxONE Community Cloud support email address directly (linux1@us.ibm.com), since they have access to the VMs (we're just fellow community members here :)).
