If you have created a new environment by changing the AWS server (as I mentioned above), please log in with your existing environment first. Then, from the top right corner, select the new environment.
You will be redirected to the login page. At the bottom of this page, you will see an option to "Log in with your existing environment." Instead of entering your username and password again, click on this option. You will then be logged in to the new environment.
After that, try to open the WM integration - it should work.
I faced the same issue earlier, and following these steps resolved it for me.

Create an additional environment within your existing webMethods.io account. While doing so, change the AWS region from US1 Oregon (AWS) to EU2 Frankfurt (AWS).
Once the new environment is created, select it, activate Integration.io, and open it. It should work as expected.
