1) AIX 5.1 is VERY old version - are you sure its 5.1.0 and not 6.1?
Use oslevel -s to determine the version of AIX.
AIX 5.1 has been out of support for many years.

2) It has no Technology Levels installed.
This is a very bad move for security and bug removed in later updates.

3) You don't state where you are getting the Java image.
But you need to find the Java license file - like it says.
