Unable to generate license authorization

    Aloha, The authorization code generator will not allow me to reset authorization codes for perpetual licenses. In the past, I needed to contact help via this forum. Our organization replaces laptops every three years and occasionally personnel changes require new codes for products that do not expire. Please advise.
